  • Second day– any vegetable can eat as often as you can during the day, boil or eat raw. If you want, you can eat a medium-sized potato in the breakfast with a spoon of 1 teaspoon butter.
  • Third day– Apart from banana and potatoes, you can eat any fruit or vegetable by boiling all day or raw.
  • Fourth day– On the fourth day, you only have to eat banana and milk. Throughout the day you can drink 6 to 8 large bananas and 3 glasses of skimmed milk.
  • Fifth day – Eat 280 grams of chicken or fish with 6 large tomatoes. If you are a vegetarian then you can eat brown rice or paneer instead of meat. Increase the water intake capacity.
  • Sixth Day – These days you can eat vegetables as much as you want, especially the spinach but not the potato at all. Vegetarian brown rice and paneer can be eaten while carnivorous chicken or fish. Drink lots of water on this day too.
  • Seventh day – Brown rice or one bread, fruit juice, fruits and vegetables you can eat all day long.

While following the GM diet, it is important that you walk at least 45 minutes every day for seven days every day. If you are feeling weak, avoid doing too much hard-hitting Exercise. Avoid consuming more calorie drinks and sweeteners. If you want, you can eat black tea, black coffee or herbal tea during this time but without adding sugar.

Avoid Junk Food Consumption

After you follow the GM Diet for a week, then after one week, take such things in which the amount of protein is high and the amount of carbohydrate reduced. Avoid eating any type of junk food during this time because you can again make weight gain.
