- 4 Cups Lentils Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (½ ground, ½ whole)
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Cup Water
- Vegetable Oil for frying the Papadums.
These much ingredients are required to prepare the Recipe. First, you need to collect all these ingredients. The Lentils Flour can be replaced with Chickpea flour which tastes even better. Some people prefer to use Chickpea flour instead of Lentils Flour. As per your requirements, you can choose the flour from these two options.
Take a large bowl and mix up all the ingredients well. Mix the Lentils Flour, Cumin seeds, Black Pepper and salt to taste. Add required water into the mixture and prepare a smooth dough.
Depending on the dough you required, you need to add water. You need to add water as per the requirements, be careful while adding the water in the mixture. Once the desired consistency achieved, stop adding water. It should not be sticky, make sure the dough is wet enough and looks smooth to hands.
Once the dough is prepared, you need to make proper balls to roll them out. Make sure you prepare the balls as per the required size of the Papadums.
